Let me introduce myself...
A little bit about myself...
This is my 13th year teaching French Immersion at Keating, and my 26th year teaching in Saanich School District. Most of those years have been spent teaching French Immersion Kindergarten. This will be my second time teaching a Kindergarten/Grade One multi-age class.
I grew up in the Fraser Valley, and attended late Immersion in the Langley School District. I received my Bachelor of Education (with a concentration in French Language Instruction) from UVic, and later returned to complete my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
I have two children in the Saanich School Distritct. My son, Billy, is in Grade 8 French Immersion at Bayside, and my daughter, Carlena, is in Grade 11 French Immersion at Stelly's.
The following page is intended to keep you informed of the happenings in our class. Monthly newsletters will be posted, and other information will frequently be updated. I will send out emails advising parents to check this website whenever I have made an important update.
