Saturday, December 14 Weekly Update
Hello everyone,
EDI information packet sent home please review.
We had a busy week reading and retelling Gingerbread stories, graphing what part of the gingerbread cookie we ate first, and creating our own gingerbread people. They will be in the hall next week, so come check them out! Plus, we are learning about Wants and Needs. The children continue to share their ideas of objects/things that is a want vs. a need. We will continue to work on this next week too.
We had fun hearing about the favourite holiday food/drink treats. We missed some children on Friday but will get caught up next week.
This week's sharing - Favourite Number from 0 - 20 and objects that they can count for it -please have them practise before their sharing day. Objects could be holiday themed if you like.

Please remember to return your child's plastic folder daily so that if there are notices, they can easily be found in the plastic folder.
Literacy Duotangs will be sent home on Thursday over the XMAS break for your child to review. Please return them on Tuesday, Jan. 7. If you have lost your duotang, please return a new one as we continue to learn poems/word activities throughout the year. A great tool to review letters/words.
Calendar Reminders:
Please remember royal Icing and a small bag of treats to share for next Wednesday's cone trees. Volunteers needed 1:50 to the end of the day to help this go smoothly.
