Happy New Year! Tuesday, January 4, 2022
Hello everyone,
I hope you had a wonderful winter break and played lots in the snow! What a treat to have while we were off. I've just finished a meeting and have a few things to share with you.
Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to have the Parent Reading/volunteers at this time in the New Year. Parents/family members are to be greeted at the front door for appointments, pick ups or lunch bag drop offs.
Please review with your child these 3 health safety tips:
1) Wash our hands - sing ABC's or Happy Birthday song
2) Wear a mask (important to review how to wear it properly)
3) Keep our distance
There will be a few changes in the classroom to allow more space for the children.
There is also a request that your child bring in a box of masks. I think that if you have a few in their backpacks (reuseable) that is fine too.
Sharing - we will be chatting about the Winter holiday - something they enjoyed doing. I also have a request, I am hoping you can send in a photo or email a photo of a snowy activity your child did over the break - I can print to make a Snowy Day Fun classbook when the children return. They like to read our classroom books that they all participate in!
Looking forward to seeing everyone on Monday!
